Actress Jang Shin-young recently visited the model house for the high-end residential complex “Riches 302” in Gyodong, Gangneung, alongside anchor Cho Su-bin, sharing her parenting struggles and her reasons for consistently living on the ground floor. According to the YouTube channel “Cho Su-bin Curation,” which released the footage on December 16, the broadcast offered a look into Jang’s lifestyle and her perspectives on raising two sons with her husband, actor Kang Kyung-joon, whom she married in 2018.

Walking through the apartment models in Gangneung, Cho directed attention to the top-floor penthouse and asked if actresses typically reside in such spaces, to which Jang admitted she would love to live there. According to the video, Jang explained that she has always lived on the first floor because her children tend to run around, making it impossible to choose higher floors due to inter-floor noise concerns. Consequently, she expressed curiosity about the atmosphere upstairs.
During the tour of Riches 302—which features large units ranging from 128 square meters to 227 square meters—Jang and Cho inspected the interior design and finishes. Upon checking the 2.5-meter living room ceiling height, Jang stated that the space felt wide, comfortable, and pleasant. She also remarked that the exterior offered a unique spatial feel and noted that the kitchen inspired a desire to renovate her own living arrangements.
High-End Design and Interior Specifications
The residential project utilizes interior design by E-Way DA, the firm responsible for luxury spaces such as Eterno in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. According to the broadcast, the development incorporates premium finishes including Kohler bathroom fixtures and Devizel furniture from the Louis Vuitton-affiliated group. Responding to these details, Cho stated that the builder’s target demographic is evident, describing the property as a space suited for intellectual owners.
