Nick Menza Dies Former Megadeth Drummer Was 51

Based on CNN along with other outlets, Menza was playing drums together with his band OHM in the Baked Potato on Saturday night, May 21 as he all of a sudden collapsed throughout the third song from the set.

Although a native of Texas, Clark was considered a songwriting fixture in Nashville for more than four decades.

Following the news of his passing, celebrities from across all industries paid their respects via social media.

Over the past 10 years, Clark was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame and recognized with a Lifetime Achievement Award for songwriting by the Americana Music Association.

Billy Joe Royal Dies Country Singer Was 73

Royal possessed a second career renaissance in early 2000s, when regular airplay on numerous “oldies” stations introduced his music to another generation of passionate fans.
