NHS England unfilled jobs up by 10% each year –

It’s been predicted that the entire process of recruiting new staff might be complicated by Brexit, that has elevated uncertainties for EU citizens working or thinking about employed in the United kingdom.

It comes down after it emerged that a London hospital is recruiting doctors from India to prevent stepping into a putting in a bid war over staff that’s being driven through the NHS recruitment crisis.

There have been 86,055 marketed full-time vacancies within the NHS within the first quarter of 2017 in contrast to 78,112 within the same period this past year, new figures from NHS Digital show.

Figures released by NHS England reveal that in March there have been 30,613 vacant full-time equivalent positions marketed, when compared with 26,424 within the same month in 2016.

Of individuals positions vacant in March 2017, 11,485 positions were in nursing and midwifery (38% from the 30,613 total) and 6,575 (21%) were clerical or administrative.
