Loughry’s initial lewdness charge would be a more severe legal alleging the lady was under 14.
The lewdness charge was updated Thursday to mirror the victim was under 16 years of age.
Richard Loughry’s defense attorney, Craig Hendricks, stated Thursday his 46-year-old client must have been permitted to publish bail following his arrest late Monday, since the girl he’s charged with having to pay $300 for sex was fifteen years old.
Vegas Justice from the Peace Cynthia Cruz set bail at $25,000 and strict house arrest pending a May 4 preliminary hearing of evidence.
The lady marketed that they was 22 years of age, Hendricks stated, citing a police report where the girl told investigators she met Loughry in a fire station in Feb for sex inside a solo room having a sign studying “captains dorm.”

Prosecutor Alexander Chen acknowledged what he known as a jailhouse clerical error, but noted that Loughry also faces other charges including statutory sexual seduction, child abuse and soliciting prostitution of the minor.
“Whether it’s true and that he was searching for the expertise of a 22-year-old prostitute, it might be a misdemeanor,” Hendricks stated.
The judge noted allegations that Loughry solicited the lady online, and purchased him to surrender any devices that may link to the web.
